Louise has honestly been incredible. Before I found her, every solicitor and barrister told me I had no chance of getting an occupation order because my name wasn’t on the mortgage or deeds, and that I didn’t need a non‑molestation order because of bail conditions. I felt completely dismissed and even more so when I was told that my only option was to apply for social housing. Louise was the first person who actually listened. She told me straight away that she believed I had occupational rights and that bail conditions could change at any time. She acted immediately, put in my FL401 application, and the very next day I was in front of a judge. I now have both orders for 12 months — something everyone else said was impossible. What makes Louise stand out is her support. She was there day and night, even at weekends. If she missed a call, she rang back as soon as she finished with the client she was helping. She called me before hearings to make sure I was calm, talked me through the psychological side of everything, and prepared me emotionally as well as legally. Louise didn’t just help me get orders — she helped me feel safe, supported, and believed. I couldn’t recommend her more.
