About Us:
We are a dedicated landscaping company specialising in the maintenance of beautiful estates across Central London. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team for the summer season to care for our stunning hanging baskets and bedding plants.
Responsibilities
Watering and Maintenance: Regularly water and feed hanging baskets and bedding plants on a rolling basis to ensure they remain healthy and vibrant throughout the season.
Collection of Plants: Collect new hanging baskets and bedding plants from the nursery in Chobham, ensuring careful handling to maintain their quality.
Plant Health Monitoring: Continuously monitor the health of plants, identifying any issues such as pests or diseases, and promptly report these to the supervisor.
Aesthetic Upkeep: Ensure all plants are arranged attractively, maintaining their visual appeal for the estates.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, properly disposing of any waste or debris.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to coordinate tasks and share responsibilities as needed.
Equipment Management: Ensure all gardening tools and equipment are in good condition, reporting any maintenance needs as necessary.
Requirements
Previous gardening or landscaping experience is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work early mornings and evenings.
Valid driver’s license is required (ability to drive a van provided).
Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work.
Good physical stamina and ability to work in varying weather conditions.
