Location: Kensington, London

Salary: £42,000 – £55,000 per annum (DOE)

Schedule: 5 days per week, typically 8am–6pm, occasional weekend requirement

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Start: September/October 2025

We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Maintenance & Garden Professional to join a formal UHNW household in Kensington

This is a key role to support a busy residence, requiring a hands-on, proactive individual with proven experience maintaining both the interior and exterior of a luxury property to immaculate standards. Working independently and also closely with the household management, you will ensure the smooth running, presentation, and upkeep of the residence gardens, and associated facilities

Key Responsibilities

Garden & Exterior Maintenance: Ensure all outdoor spaces remain immaculate at all times, including seasonal planting, hedge trimming, deadheading flowers, jet washing, and leaf blowing. Maintain bin areas, clean iron fencing and perimeter walls, and keep gullies and drains clear
Internal Maintenance: Carry out general handyman tasks and quick reactive maintenance throughout the property. Undertake painting, decorating, carpentry, light electrical tasks, and high cleaning, particularly during the family’s absence. Assist external contractors with PPM schedules and liaise with house management to resolve maintenance issues efficiently
Property Care & Organisation: Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of plant rooms and garage, as well as the management of inventories such as lightbulbs and offsite storage. Provide assistance with ad hoc household tasks, including assembling furniture or toys, and supporting other team members as required
Errands & Driving: Hold a clean driving licence and be available to perform errands and local driving tasks for the family or authorised staff. On rare occasions, travel may be required to assist with maintenance duties at other properties in London or overseas.
Pet Care Support: Provide occasional support to the household with pet care duties as required

Have proven experience in property and garden maintenance within a formal or UHNW household
Have proven gardening knowledge and experience and strong handyman skills
Have fluent spoken and good written English
UK or EU passport (to enable travel if required)
Have a valid DBS check or be willing to obtain one
