Thanks to the team for completing this project for me in record time, needed some tarmac repairs and white lines doing in our car park, but had to be out of hours, the guys came, laid new tarmac and fixed 15 large pothole areas and then applied white lines, very professional dedicated team thanks guys. We are a block of flats that required our driveway, paths, and carpark to be resurfaced with gravel. After obtaining quotes from approximately 10 contractors, Roadstone stood out as one of the best—not only did they offer a very competitive quote, but their depth of knowledge and practical solutions were exceptional. During a rigorous Section 20 process conducted by our management agent—which involved thorough due diligence including obtaining references and confirming public liability insurance—Stuart from Roadstone visited the site multiple times. His involvement and proactive approach were key factors in our decision to award Roadstone the contract. We did experience a delay in the start date due to one resident’s car being unable to be moved while they were overseas. Roadstone was very understanding and rescheduled the works accordingly. On the day the works commenced, we reviewed the planned works and discussed some additional requirements. Stuart listened carefully, provided excellent recommendations, and seamlessly incorporated the additional works into the project. Roadstone’s team was professional and efficient throughout the project. They worked cohesively, and everything ran like clockwork—with Lorrie’s arriving at the right times to collect waste from the site. Stuart was on site, project managing the works personally, and his team had all the necessary equipment and tools for the job. For your reference, here is the detailed specification of the works carried out:       •     Excavation: Remove the existing surface area—including any old aggregate and mud—to provide a clean base for the installation of MOT Subbase.       •     Subbase Installation: Supply and install Type One Limestone MOT Subbase, which is then compacted using their equipment to create a solid base that prevents subsidence.       •     Weed Control: Supply and install a weed control membrane designed to prevent the growth of weeds or grass, while still allowing water to drain through.       •     Gravel Installation: Supply and install new gravel as agreed, which is then levelled and compacted to ensure stability and prevent any movement. Overall, Roadstone delivered a high-quality service with professionalism and expertise, ensuring that the project was completed to a very high standard. Roadstone comes highly recommended.

Would like to thanks to Roadstone for a fantastic job at my mum and dad’s house, I am out the country on work a lot and needed to arrange for my elderly parents driveway to be resurfaced, I couldn’t ask for better, I was dealing with Stuart via phone calls throughout the project and everything went so smooth, he even done a little extra at no cost my parents was over the moon and left stress free, highly recommend these guys very professional and attention to detail was second to none.
