We’re supporting a growing software company looking for a Project Coordinator to help manage and deliver client implementation projects. This role is ideal for someone organised, confident communicating with stakeholders, and looking to progress toward a Project Manager role.

You’ll be involved in coordinating the rollout of the platform to new and existing clients, supporting planning, scheduling and delivery tasks. Day-to-day, you’ll help manage timelines, prepare project documentation, support client onboarding & training activity and assist with tasks such as UAT coordination, feedback tracking and general project communication. You’ll work closely with internal delivery, product and client teams, ensuring projects stay on track and clients receive a smooth onboarding experience.

We’re looking for someone with experience in a Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager or similar role, with strong organisation, communication and multitasking skills. xjnqpsq Experience within a software, SaaS, technology or digital delivery environment would be helpful, though not essential, what’s more important is an ability to manage detail, stay proactive, and work confidently with both clients and internal teams.
