Description
Hampshire County Council are looking for IT support to handle mobile equipment orders, returns, and user support, contributing to the smooth operation of IT services across the organisation.
We need a quick learner, with excellent teamwork and communication skills, you will be expected to manage your time independently and be prepared to step in and help where needed.
4 month contract - ASAP start
£13.90 an hour
Occasional manual handling of objects up to 15kg
Driving HCC-badged vehicle and/or own vehicle for work purposes
The Role
This role will work alongside the User Equipment Request team, supporting them as they manage an ambitious roll out of Mobile Phones to replace end of life devices. This role will be based in our office in EII Court Winchester, and your main responsibilities will be preparing and monitoring orders for Mobile Phones, processing returns and disposals and responding to customer enquiries. We are looking for someone who works well with technology, including all Microsoft Office applications. Previous IT experience is not necessary as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
