IT Technician

Description

We are seeking a motivated a tech-savvy individual for an entry level IT Technician position to join a prestigious business for a temporary position to start in early September for a couple of months.

This position is 100% office based in Welwyn Garden City.

Working hours would be Monday - Friday: 7.45am to 4.45pm.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain hands on experience in the IT field and kickstart their career.

This role would suit a recent graduate or someone looking for their first position in IT, if you are eager to learn, enjoy working with technology and want to gain valuable experience in a supportive environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up laptops, iPads and mobile phones for new starters.

Ensure devices are configured correctly and securely

Provide basic troubleshooting and support during setup.

Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.

Maintain accurate records of device setups and configurations.

Person Specification:

A solid grounding in IT systems and hardware

Strong communication skills and a professional demeanour.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Enthusiasm to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
