Digital Trainer
Location: Cardiff – Hybrid | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | £32,000 – £39,000
VIQU are partnering with a leading NHS organisation in Wales to recruit a Digital Trainer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support a major digital transformation programme by designing and delivering training that enables colleagues to confidently adopt new technologies.
Working closely with Digital, Business Change and operational teams, you'll deliver engaging training on Microsoft 365, digital applications and clinical systems, helping drive digital adoption across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging digital training programmes.
Deliver classroom and virtual training on Microsoft 365 and clinical systems.
Create training materials, user guides and digital learning content.
Conduct training needs analysis and tailor learning solutions.
Support the rollout and adoption of new digital systems.
Promote digital learning opportunities and support the Learning Management System (LMS).
Key Requirements:
Experience delivering IT or digital training.
Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge.
Experience creating training materials and user documentation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage stakeholders and adapt training for different audiences.
Degree in Education, Learning & Development or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Healthcare, digital transformation or e-learning experience is advantageous.
