AI/ML Technical Lead
Location: Durrington (1 day pw onsite required)
Daily Rate: £500 - £600 (inside IR35 via umbrella)
Contract Length: 3 Months initially
Are you ready to lead the way in AI and Machine Learning?
Our client is on the lookout for an experienced AI/ML Tech Lead to shape their innovative workstream from day one. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing their Databricks environment while ensuring governance models and delivery patterns are scalable for future use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a practical architecture layer for AI/ML projects, turning visionary concepts into actionable patterns.
Define platform setup, governance, and delivery approaches that support the expansion of AI/ML capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and deployment of ML platforms.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Establish best practises for AI/ML workflows, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Tech Lead in AI/ML, with a track record of delivering ML platforms.
Strong understanding of Databricks and its application in real-world scenarios.
Experience in defining governance models and scalable delivery patterns.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex challenges into practical solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
