Hello, My name is Ann I am a Transformational Therapist/Clinical Hypnotherapist, and CBT practitioner. I work with many different modalities that can help you manage your stress, anxiety, depression, fears and phobias, smoking and drinking addictions and weight issues. I am very enthusiastic about what I do, and I thoroughly enjoy helping others feel empowered and happier in themselves; helping individuals to overcome challenges, silence their inner critic, promoting a sense of well being; to include sharing learning tools and techniques to help empower you.

The Therapy is available with or without using Hypnotherapy. The Therapy/Hypnotherapy provided is on line through Zoom, Google Meets/Teams or Phone. The therapy is Transformational, giving you freedom and empowerment, freedom from negative beliefs; empowerment to create new, brilliant, life-changing beliefs, resulting in rapid profound and lasting change. There are various options available. Just ask what service you require.

Really positive experience and lovely lady to work with. These sessions helped me to work on developing a positive mindset and delve into the root causes of my problems. She supported me in exploring different tools to use when dealing with my anxieties. It’s not a quick fix method, but i also think that’s good as it gets you to explore deeper into the things you have going on and the best ways for yourself to resolve these. Would definitely recommend this if that’s the type of support you want and are ready to thoroughly analyse issues.

I had a hypnotherapy session with Ann to quit smoking. I had tried pretty much all other methods in the past and failed. The session with Ann was great and definitely helped me. She provided me with a recording and techniques to use for the weeks after. She also provided me with ongoing support via text message and this was really helpful. I would recommend Ann to anyone struggling to quit smoking. She made me feel really comfortable during the session and it helped me achieve my goals.
