Access Care is a family-run, independent agency, established in 1994, specialising in the careful introduction of experienced, self-employed live-in carers to private households across the United Kingdom.

For over 30 years, we have supported families by arranging one-to-one care at home in a way that feels considered, discreet and appropriate to each individual’s circumstances.

We understand that arranging care can feel overwhelming, particularly at times of change. Our role is to guide you through the process calmly and thoughtfully, taking the time to understand your situation fully before advising on what will feel right for you and your family.

Each introduction is carefully matched, not only to care needs, but to personality, lifestyle and the rhythm of daily life within the home. What matters most is that the arrangement feels natural, reassuring and sustainable over time.

Because we introduce self-employed live-in carers, we are often able to arrange support with greater flexibility, while maintaining a highly personal and relationship-led approach.

We remain closely involved throughout, offering ongoing guidance and a consistent point of contact for both families and carers.

Access Care have been amazing! I have been really worrying about my mum needing care and she was refusing to go into a care home, I then came across Access Care who provide live in carers, which was new to me, they put me to ease with everything they found my mum a lovely carer and got them with her with in 24 hours! Access Care made the transition very smooth! I would highly recommend Access Care and definitely be using them again in the future.

Access Care saved the day when I was looking into Live-In care for my mum at short notice, they were able to find a carer really quickly and were the most understanding out of all the agencies who approached us. They really know what they are doing! Jo has been a real support, checking in weekly to make sure everything's ok. My mum loves her carer and it's allowed her to stay at home which is fab! Thank you Access Care!

Access Care provided a carer for a close family member of mine, they were efficient, friendly and found us our perfect carer in no time. I would definitely use Access Care again!
