KAF Healthcare Agency provides high-quality, person-centred care and training services across paediatrics, young people, adults, and older adults with a wide range of complex needs.

This includes supporting individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and behaviours that may challenge, as well as those living with neurological and long-term conditions such as dementia, cerebral palsy, stroke, Huntington’s disease, paralysis, and reduced mobility.

The service also delivers specialist support in palliative and end-of-life care, ensuring dignity, comfort, and compassionate, individualised care at all times. Clinical expertise includes PEG feeding, NG tube management, tracheostomy care, stoma care, wound care, and catheter care, alongside safe moving and handling using a range of equipment including hoists and mobility aids.

Our registered care manager has experience overseeing high-acuity care packages, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the safe, effective, and person-centred delivery of care in line with regulatory standards and best practice.

Our 24-hour service ensures speed, quality, integrity, and flexibility tailored to your specific requirements. We provide specialist staff to cover urgent needs, including holiday and sickness cover, sudden increases in workload, interim, contractual, and permanent assignments.

Our diverse workforce speaks multiple languages, including Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi , Gujratri ,Arabic, Swahili, and English, ensuring smooth communication with clients.

We also offer family support workers who can provide in-home care tailored to clients’ schedules and needs. Our carers and support workers are well-trained to supervise and guide young parents , clients and relatives when necessary.

In addition to staffing, we are a CQC-approved training provider, offering NVQ/QCF HSC Levels 1, 2, 3, and 5 since 2007 under our former name, KAF Health Care Training Centre Ltd. We provide training at our centre and on-site for organisations, specialising in mandatory courses such as Health and Safety, Basic Food Hygiene, Infection Control, SOVA, and more.
