GENERAL ASSISTANT, SEASONAL ROLE (live in available)

Start Date – Immediate until September/October 2026

Salary – Hourly, National Living Wage

Summary – General Assistants take responsibility for ensuring the cleanliness of the hotel facilities and the prompt delivery of services to our customers. Hours to suit

Main duties and responsibilities

Cleaning bedrooms and public areas - working as part of a team to achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout designated areas of the hotel
Ensuring kitchen areas are kept clean - supporting the work of our Head Chef by ensuring that all equipment is kept clean and ready in a timely manner
Dealing with customer enquiries – supporting the front of house team assisting with service and always maintaining orderliness and cleanliness
Skills, qualifications and experience


Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
A hands-on approach to work, with a can-do attitude understanding the need to be flexible
Have a positive & energetic personality
A team player, willing to help out staff in other departments if the need arises.
