We're Hiring: Hotel Receptionist & Housekeeper — Edgware Road, London

We're recruiting for a 3-star hotel client on Edgware Road and are looking to fill both Receptionist and Housekeeper positions. Both full-time and part-time hours are available, so please let us know your availability when applying.

Hotel Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out
Take and manage bookings via phone, email, and booking platforms
Operate the hotel's PMS system to allocate rooms and process payments
Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally
Answer calls
Liaise with housekeeping on room status
Keep reception and lobby areas clean and presentable

Requirements

Previous hotel reception or customer service experience preferred
Excellent spoken and written English
Right to work in the UK
Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
Well-presented and professional manner

Hotel Housekeeper

Key Responsibilities

Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard
Change linen, make beds, and restock guest amenities
Report maintenance issues and lost property
Clean and maintain communal areas (corridors, lifts, stairwells)
Follow health & safety and correct chemical handling procedures
Maintain guest privacy and security while working in guest areas

Requirements

Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not essential — full training given
Right to work in the UK
Physically fit and able to manage repetitive manual tasks
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
