Onsite Recruitment Consultant Key Responsibilities

- Source, interview and register suitable candidates.

- Complete Right to Work and compliance checks.

- Arrange inductions and start dates.

- Act as the main point of contact for the client.

- Build strong relationships with client managers and workers.

- Manage attendance, welfare and performance issues.

- Maintain compliant personnel records.

- Monitor biometric clocking and resolve clocking exceptions.

- Process timesheets accurately and liaise with payroll.

- Respond to staffing requests and monitor fulfilment.

- Track productivity and service levels where applicable.

- Promote health and safety and report incidents.
