As Deputy Manager, you'll support the General Manager with the daily running of the business in Windsor. You'll lead service, develop the team and act as a key point of contact for guests while helping the pub operation grow commercially.

You will:

Lead and motivate a front-of-house team of 12Maintain excellent service and hospitality standardsSupport food and beverage service across the restaurant and barTrain, coach and develop team membersManage shifts and solve operational issuesRespond professionally to guest feedbackSupport rotas, stock control and business administrationWork closely with the General Manager to drive sales and performanceHelp create a positive environment for guests and colleaguesWhat we're looking for

The successful Deputy Manager will have at least three years' hospitality management experience within a busy restaurant, quality pub or similar food-led environment.

You'll also need:

Strong leadership and people-management skillsExcellent food and beverage knowledgeA proactive and commercially aware approachConfidence handling guest enquiries and complaintsStrong organisation and problem-solving skillsA genuine passion for traditional hospitalityThe ambition to develop within a growing companyThe existing right to work in the UKExperienced Assistant Managers who are ready to step up are encouraged to apply.
