Only message if genuinely interested in Penicuik
As I’ve packed and swap fell through in Jan
!!!!!.
Plus my Older daughters moved back to Edinburgh town and others live and work in Edinburgh city .
So looking for a 3 bedroom house only , closer to Edinburgh or East Lothian town and needs to still be big enough for 4 of us .


We have 4 double bedrooms, wetroom extension and upstairs bathroom , wraparound secure hedged and fenced gardens .

Great safe and family friendly area has lots of amenities and straiton retail park along road .

I’m disabled now and only looking for a house no flats or 4 in blocks soz …

Please discuss and think of really moving first before messaging , as had lots of timewasters .

As we had a swap arranged and boxed most of house up and swap was cancelled due to the housing cancelling it ( not my issue)
