Home exchange my large 1bed GF for your 2bed

I have a large ground floor one bedroom flat in a semi detached Edwardian house conversion with three flats in total. The property has a large front and back garden with driveway for 2 cars plus basement. All the rooms are very big with high ceilings. I have recently decorated the front room which has all original features stain glass windows, ceiling coving and rose. I built the shelves, cupboards and desk last year that are great for storage. The bedroom is large with a door leading to the back garden porch(south facing). The kitchen is very big and spacious I also added some shelving for storage. The kitchen also has a back door leading to garden. The bathroom has been fully renovated with floor to ceiling grey tiles, underfloor heating and shower. I also installed wooden floors throughout. Beautiful home and area the reason for moving is I have a 6 year old son and baby on the way. We need more space. Landlord is Lambeth council I would like to stay in Lambeth.
