It was unclear going in through Energy Hub as to who I was actually contacting. I’m happy with the service provided and have had clarity through the actual provider but had thought I was engaging initially with a provider, not through a platform and this was not clear on Bark

Got loft insulation replaced. They were here from 8:30am until 11pm and hurried payment after 11pm. Only to find hole in one of the bedroom ceiling next day. It’s now coming up to 3 weeks since they said they would be out to repair. Going to trade and standards now and reporting to HSE to report working practices
