What Working with Us Looks Like

Initial Meeting – Site Visit
We start with a site visit. It’s a key step — without seeing the project in person, we can’t prepare an accurate quote.

Documentation & Measurements
On-site, we take detailed photos and measurements. We work based on facts, not assumptions.

Detailed Quote
You receive a clear, written quote where materials and labour are listed separately. No surprises — full transparency.

Quote Approval
If the price suits you, we agree on the exact scope of work and prepare everything for the project.

Preparation
One week before the work starts:
– You order the insulation materials and scaffolding according to our quote,
– We take care of the remaining materials and provide receipts for reimbursement.

Work Begins
As soon as the materials arrive, we come to the site and begin the actual work.

Payments
Labour is paid in three stages:
– 40% after the insulation is completed,
– 40% after the mesh is embedded,
– 20% upon completion.
We don’t take deposits or promise fixed deadlines — we’re honest about what’s realistic.

Completion & Handover
After the project is finished:
– You receive the final invoice and warranty,
– We ask for your feedback or a reference — it helps our business grow.
