Residential Support Worker – Children's Specialist Home (Learning Disabilities)
Location: Folkestone
Salary: 26,000 + paid sleep–ins
Are you passionate about making a real difference? We're recruiting a Residential Support Worker to support children and young people with learning disabilities in a specialist home in Folkestone.
This is a full–time, rota–based role with up to 4 paid sleep–ins per month.
The Role
You'll provide day–to–day care and support, helping young people build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve positive outcomes in a safe, nurturing environment.
