Annual Salary: GBP13.50/hour 26k+ FTEJob Type: Part-time (1-6:30 PM)Join our friendly and busy GP surgery as a Care Navigator / Reception Team Leader. We are looking for a confident and approachable individual to support our afternoon reception team. This role is ideal for someone who is patient-focused and ready to step into a leadership role.

Day-to-day of the role:

Oversee the afternoon reception operations, ensuring efficient and effective patient service.Lead and support the reception team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.Handle patient inquiries with a calm and patient-focused approach.Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow and care navigation.Manage appointment scheduling and patient records with high attention to detail.Required Skills & Qualifications:

GP surgery or healthcare reception experience is preferable but not essential.Strong communication and organisational skills.A calm, patient-focused approach to handling inquiries and issues.Confidence to lead or step into a leadership role.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Benefits:
