QC Team Leader

Description

Talentmark are recruiting for a QC Team Lead, to join a leading pharmaceutical organisation, that develop and manufacture veterinary products. This role will be working on site in Dundee, on a permanent basis. The hours are 8–4pm with a salary of 40–45K pa.

The Role:

You will support the manufacturing business ensuring raw materials, finished products and stability are tested to meet the highest level of quality standards and business requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head of QC in cultivating a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement (GMP, GLP, Data Integrity, Housekeeping).Provide leadership and technical guidance to analysts, including training, coaching, development, mentorship, and ongoing performance management.Oversee the QC analysts day–to–day operations, Ensure timely review and approval of QC testing across raw materials, in–process, finished products, stability, and validation samples.Oversee the closure of CAPAs, incidents, change controls, audits, SOPs, and method updates.Manage laboratory systems and processes to maintain efficiency and regulatory compliance.Your Background:

Educated to degree level or above in life Science, Chemistry or a related field.Proven track record of leading and developing a team of QC analysts and significant experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of GMP and Global Pharmaceutical RegulationsApply:
