Perioperative Practitioner Nottingham Tollerton Full Time No Nights

At Spire Nottingham Hospital, we're looking for a Scrub Nurse or ODP to join our high–performing theatre team. You'll be part of a supportive environment delivering a wide range of orthopaedic procedures, working alongside experienced consultants and multidisciplinary teams.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a well–equipped private hospital setting, with a strong focus on quality care, efficiency, and patient experience.

The Role

You'll play a key role in delivering safe, high–quality perioperative care, including:

Scrubbing for a range of orthopaedic procedures (e.g. joint replacements, arthroscopy, and minor procedures)Supporting the theatre team across the perioperative pathwayPreparing equipment and ensuring theatres are safe and compliantWorking collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and wider MDTContributing to clinical quality, governance, and continuous improvementSupporting junior staff and contributing to a positive team cultureWhat We're Looking For:

Registered Nurse or Operating Department PractitionerExperience working in theatre, ideally in an orthopaedic settingStrong clinical skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamA proactive, patient–focused approachCommitment to maintaining high clinical standardsDesirable:
