Our Client based in Acton looking for an Occupational Health Advisor Team Lead to work on a Permanent basis with in their friendly and supportive team.

The role is permanent, Ideally full time 5 days per week

Hybrid working with 3 days on site and 2 days remote working

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and pro–active OH team.

The Job Role Includes:

Line managing a team of 10 cliniciansSupporting all aspects of OH remit Support with recruitment and training needUndertaking, reviewing and recording regular clinical competency review with individualsMeeting the strategic aims of the Emergency response, treatment and OH serviceWorking closely with sight operations and multiple stakeholders on Multiple Sites.Experience / skills required;

NMC Registered NurseOH Degree/Diploma essentialCase management experience essentialLine management experience essential
