A highly regarded nursing home in the Dundee area is seeking an experienced and motivated Home Manager to lead a dedicated team and continue driving exceptional standards of person–centred care. The home provides nursing, respite, and residential care, including specialist support for individuals with complex needs, within a therapeutic and homely environment.

We are looking for a passionate, capable leader who can inspire others, ensure compliance, and uphold a culture of excellence in both care quality and operational performance.

About the Nursing Home Manager role and what's on offer:

What we're looking for in a Nursing Home Manager:

Experienced Home Manager with a proven track record in managing a regulated nursing or residential care serviceNMC Registered Nurse (essential)Strong understanding of Care Inspectorate regulations, safeguarding, and quality governance frameworksIdeally experienced in supporting adults with neurological conditions, learning disabilities, or complex needsExceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skillsDemonstrated ability to manage budgets, audits, and compliance systems effectivelyCommitted to promoting independence, dignity, and choice for residentsConfident, compassionate, and proactive in leading a high–performing care team
