Salary: GBP24,030 - GBP24,513 Per Annum

What You'll Be Doing

This is a support role - not personal care.

You'll provide face-to-face support to people living with mental illness, helping them to:

Build confidence and emotional resilienceStrengthen relationships with family and professionalsDevelop skills for independent livingMaintain a positive tenancy

Some individuals may need help to manage challenges such as substance misuse, anti-social behaviour or offending-related risks. You'll respond proactively and work closely with housing, legal and criminal justice partners when needed.

You'll also keep clear, accurate records - so confidence with IT, numeracy and writing is important.

What You'll Have

You have an understanding of mental health needs and a genuine desire to make a differenceYou stay calm and patient - even during challenging momentsYou're confident communicating with vulnerable adults and other professionalsYou're organised, reliable and able to work independentlyYou have basic IT, literacy and numeracy skills

Shift Patterns

Our support runs 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You'll work a range of shifts, typically between 8am-9pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
