Salary: GBP24,030 - GBP24,513 Per Annum

You'll join a warm, supportive team who provide accommodation and one-to-one recovery-focused support to adults living with mental illness. What You'll Be Doing
This is a support role - not personal care.
You'll provide face-to-face support to people living with mental illness, helping them to:
Build confidence and emotional resilienceStrengthen relationships with family and professionalsDevelop skills for independent livingMaintain a positive tenancy
Some individuals may need help to manage challenges such as substance misuse, anti-social behaviour or offending-related risks. You'll respond proactively and work closely with housing, legal and criminal justice partners when needed.
You'll also keep clear, accurate records - so confidence with IT, numeracy and writing is important.

Shift Patterns
Our support runs 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You'll work a range of shifts, typically between 8am-9pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
