Description
Our client, Royal Borough Windsor & Maidenhead, is seeking an agency Social Worker for its Hospital Discharge team,
This role is based at the Town Hall in Maidenhead, paid at GBP35 per hour.
The role will involve the following:
Provides a range of support and care services for older people, adults with a physical and learning disability and people with mental health needs both in the community and at home. We offer GBP250 new starter bonus and/or GBP250 referral bonus for your friends/colleagues.
Requirements of the role:
Qualified Social WorkerFully Social Work England registeredMust have post-qualified experience in adult social careMust have hospital discharge experience Please contact Lindsey Morgan asap to discuss in more detail.
