A highly regarded, independently owned nursing home in Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced and motivated Home Manager to lead its well–established team.

The home specialises in nursing dementia care, and is proud of its award–winning approach to supporting residents and their families. Rated Good by the CQC with an Outstanding outcome, the home has built an excellent local reputation, maintaining high occupancy levels and a strong staff team.

The successful candidate will be a visible and supportive leader, able to build on strong foundations while driving further quality and staff development.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing a care or nursing home (dementia experience desirable)Strong leadership and people management skillsExcellent knowledge of CQC requirementsFinancial acumen and confidence with budget managementA passion for delivering high–quality, person–centred care

Salary

65,000 – 80,000pa neg DOSE33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
