Description
Mobility assistance: Help patients move around, get out of bed, and walk, using equipment when necessary. Nutrition: Help serve meals and assist patients with eating. Clinical support: Assist other healthcare professionals with clinical duties as directed. Environmental maintenance: Keep patient areas clean and tidy, and sterilize equipment. Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up–to–date patient records. Emotional support: Provide companionship and emotional support to patients. Communication: Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and the healthcare team. Personal care: Assist patients with activities like bathing, dressing, and using the toilet. Health monitoring: Take and record patients' vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and weight.
