Role: Clinical Trainer

Location: Birmingham, with travel

Service Type: Complex Home Care provider

Hours: Full time/ open to Part time applicants too

Salary: 45,000 – 65,000

As a Clinical Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and competencies of healthcare professionals. Your work will directly contribute to the quality of care provided to patients, making this a deeply rewarding position for those passionate about education and healthcare.

As the Clinical trainer your key duties and responsibilities will include:

– Deliver comprehensive training programmes to clinical and non–clinical staff.

– Sign off competencies in critical areas such as Tracheotomies, Stoma care, Ventilation, and Catheter care.

– Develop and implement innovative training materials and methods.

– Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes.

– Provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff members.

– Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

The ideal person for this Clinical Trainer will need these skills and experiences:

– Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).

– Proven experience in clinical training and staff development.

– Strong knowledge of Tracheotomies, Stoma care, Ventilation, and Catheter care.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills.

– Ability to travel as required for training sessions.

– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

– Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
