Are you an experienced and motivated Children s Home Manager ready for your next leadership opportunity?

This is a fantastic chance to join a well–established childcare provider known for delivering high–quality care and education to children and young people.

As the Registered Children s Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the leadership and day–to–day running of a children s home, ensuring a safe, supportive, and high–quality environment where young people can thrive.

This is a full–time, permanent position offering a salary of GBP55,000 – GBP70,000, plus benefits. The successful candidate must be willing to register with Ofsted as the Registered Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the children s home, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and care standards Create a warm, nurturing, and family–focused environment that promotes children s wellbeing, development, and education Lead, support, and develop a dedicated staff team, encouraging a positive and collaborative culture Deliver and maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, and quality assurance across the home Oversee staffing, rotas, and resources to ensure effective and consistent service delivery Ensure all policies, procedures, and governance requirements are implemented and maintained

About You:

Previously worked as a Children s Home Manager, Registered Manager, Care Manager, Home Manager, or in a similar leadership role At least 1 year of recent management or supervisory experience within a care setting Minimum 2 years recent experience in children s residential care NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office A full UK driving licence
