To succeed as a Deputy Manager, you will need:

Experience in domiciliary care at senior or supervisory levelStrong organisation and communication skillsConfidence in leading and supporting a teamA hands–on, caring approachA full UK driving licence and access to a carFlexibility for alternate weekends and on–call duties You ll enjoy working with people, take pride in your work, and want to grow into a strong leader.
