Responsibilities:

Provide personalised care and support to elderly individuals and those with learning disabilities. Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for our clients. Maintain accurate and up–to–date records of care provided. Supporting people with physical difficulties and limited mobility in the safest way possible Oversee medication, according to the clients Care plan Requirements:

Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to various care needs. At least 6 months experience within Care Have a clean DBS Benefits:
