Flexible Zero–Hours Contract: Start with a contract that fits around your life. Salary: GBP13.40 weekdays, GBP14.40 weekends – double for Bank Holidays Guaranteed Hours After Probation: Once you've passed probation, we can guarantee up to 50% of the hours you commit to working each week. Compassionate and reliable individuals with a passion for care. Commitment to regular hours (e.g., 10, 20, or 30 hours per week) based on your availability and the needs of our customers. Flexibility to work within agreed timeframes. Requirements:

You MUST have a full UK Driving Licence and your own car Successful completion of probation to unlock guaranteed hours. We ask everyone to offer some weekend commitment (time pro rata dependent on hours) A PASSION for delivering high–quality care and support. You MUST have the right to work in the UK as we do not offer visa sponsorship or switch options. A Little Note: We re on the lookout for candidates who live within our service areas to ensure we can provide timely and reliable care.
