This Autism Support Worker position is ideal for graduates and experienced professionals interested in Special Educational Needs (SEN), Psychology, Child Development or Care. As an Autism Worker, you will provide tailored support for children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), helping them develop confidence, independence and positive learning behaviour.

The Role

As an Autism Support Worker, you will:

Deliver 1–1 and small group support for children with AutismAdapt learning activities to meet individuals' children needsEncourage communication, emotional regulation and social developmentThe ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamBe patient, nurturing and keen to learnWhat we offer:
