About the Role

We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and professional Healthcare Assistants to join healthcare providers across the UK, including Care Homes, Nursing Homes, Home Care Agencies, Dental Clinics, Aesthetic Clinics, Supported Living Services, and Community Healthcare Providers.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality personal care with dignity and respect.
Support individuals with washing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and nutrition.
Assist with medication where appropriately trained.
Monitor and report changes in patients’ health and wellbeing.
Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
Promote independence and encourage service users to achieve their personal goals.
Follow individual care plans and risk assessments.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
Maintain high standards of infection prevention and control.
Follow safeguarding, health & safety, confidentiality, and professional standards at all times.
Work flexibly across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays where required.

Essential Requirements
