Description
Hi, I’m Michael, a qualified classroom teacher by day and experienced mobile guitar tutor offering fun, structured guitar lessons in your own home. I work at a highschool teaching music in St Andrews and live in Dundee so I'm available in both areas.
I specialise in helping beginners become confident, independent players, and I teach ages 4 and above in a way that is engaging, supportive and enjoyable. All lessons are tailored to the student’s age, ability and learning style, on either acoustic or electric guitar.
I am a fully qualified guitar tutor with a degree in Popular Music Performance from Edinburgh Napier University, a postgraduate qualification in Music Education from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, and full Disclosure Scotland clearance, giving you professional and reliable tuition you can trust.
Lesson prices start at £25 per lesson All I need is a quiet space to work in, two chairs and two guitars. Group lessons and parent-and-child lessons are available too. Please don’t hesitate to call if you have any questions.
