Anybody in London up for going to free dance classes with me this week?
All age, gender and dance levels welcome. Nonsmokers only.
Location is central London zone 1 near the Royal Opera House.
Also a little east in zone 2. Some are free classes, some paying.
From 4-5pm in or from 7pm onwards, weekdays/weekends. Free entry before 7pm.
Learn to dance (Latin), improve skills, keep fit and stay heathy.
Regular dancing is great for fitness and adds to exercise and fun.
I am a woman who is neither beginner nor advanced level.
If you are intermediate/advanced, please be patient with me.
If you are new to dance, don't be shy. It's got fun music/atmosphere.
In classes, you will get to dance with lots of people like you.
It's friendly classes, no one is watching you, there are many people.
If you are a middle age or senior age citizen, you are very welcome.
If you are from cultures with few or no dance clubs, come and try with me.
Don't be shy to come along. Dance is for everyone. All welcome.
