Quickly assessed the problem and accurately quoted it before arriving, did a great job, and even went to pick up a required part before the shops closed on New Years Eve! Would hire again :)

Highly highly recommend Roy. What a gentleman he was, very kind and honest, on time and to the point job he did. He quoted me on the phone and how accurate he was. He changed the lock and the locking mechanism. He was funny too, he made sure I understood what was going on and's in no time the door was fixed. Highly highly recommend him.

I used Roy from Waterford glazing. Roy was very reasonably priced and just undertook the work necessary. Came all the way from Bradford, 49 miles. Would highly recommend him.
