GARAGE - FREE - TO ANYONE WITH THE SKILLS AND RESOURCES TO DISMANTLE AND REMOVE
This is a self assembly style garage, comprising of concrete pre-cast panels and posts, (steel reinforced), a steel up and over traditional garage door, a steel hinged side personal door, cement based corrugated sheet panel roof supported on mild steel roof trusses.
The roof sheets have not been tested for any asbestos content. While none is expected, it is the responsibility of the new owner to determine this and to take the necessary safety precautions should any apply. The new owner will be responsible for all aspects of their own (and anyone helping), safety, throughout the dismantling and removal process. (The panels are quite heavy to lift).
The contents of the garage will be removed, prior to dismantling and do not form part of the advert.
The Garage is free, but subject to "sold as seen" principles, in that there can be no comebacks.
We would like the garage removed as soon as possible, however, a reasonably proposed timescale is invited from interested parties.
There is plenty of parking in front of the garage for loading during dismantling and removal.
