Location: Event location (Multiple location)

What you'll be doing:-

Venue Setup and Breakdown:

Setting up:

This includes tasks like assembling stages, installing lighting and sound equipment, and setting up any necessary event infrastructure.

Unloading equipment from trucks and setting up venues for events.

Setting up lighting and sound equipment.

Event crew members may be responsible for operating technical equipment like sound systems, lighting, Special effects , Photobooth.

Breaking down:

After the event, event crew members are responsible for dismantling the setup, packing equipment, and ensuring the venue is returned to its original state.

Packing up equipment when the event is completed.

Equipment Management:

Handling:

Loading and unloading equipment, ensuring it's properly stored, and managing inventory.

Great work ethics

Ensuring excellent levels of customer service.

Working under the instructions of an Event Supervisor.

Adhering to event safety standards.

Inspecting equipment for damage after use and checking it against an inventory list.

Event Staff Requirements:

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanour.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Physical stamina and high energy levels.

Good problem-solving skills.

Ability to perform under stress.
