Stock Condition Surveyor

As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will help us maintain and enhance the quality of our housing stock-ensuring safe, energy-efficient, and well-maintained homes for our residents.

What You'll Do

Conduct detailed surveys of domestic properties and communal areas using digital tools.Assess housing conditions using the Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS).Identify and escalate repair needs and safety concerns.Work independently across a diverse property portfolio, including void inspections.Engage with residents and internal teams to ensure smooth access and clear communication. What You'll Bring

A degree in Building Surveying OR equivalent experience in property surveying.Strong understanding of asset management and housing legislation.Excellent communication, time management and IT skills.A proactive, self-motivated approach with a commitment to quality.A full UK driving licence and access to a business-insured vehicle.
