Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias

Full-Time, Permanent

Food Production Industry

International Travel - 75% of time spent outside the UK (From 3 Days up to 4 Week intervals)

Base Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP50,000 (OTE GBP65,000 - GBP80,000 with overtime when travelling) plus travel expenses, company vehicle, and further market leading benefits

We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a global leader in machine supply. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias, you will:

Install new equipment and service existing machineryProvide troubleshooting and repair support throughout the lifecycle of equipment, both electrically and mechanicallyEnsure timely preparation of customer site reportsTrain customer technical staff on equipment operation, sanitation, and maintenance best practices, as neededSupervise contractors and collaborate effectively with team members, while demonstrating strong initiative when working independentlyWhile based in the UK, you will be required to travel to customers across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region. You can be based anywhere within the UKRequired Experience & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, preferably within the food production industryElectrical PLC expertiseStrong background in installation and servicingAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsExtensive fault-finding experienceRelevant electrical qualificationsWillingness and ability to travel internationallyThis is an exceptional opportunity to join a market-leading company.
