An exciting opportunity has opened for a Site Agent to join a well–established and fast–growing civil engineering contractor delivering key infrastructure works across Central London. The successful Site Agent will take ownership of day–to–day site operations on projects involving drainage, roads, and general civils packages.

We're looking for a Site Agent who can confidently write RAMS from scratch, manage site teams effectively, and bring solid technical know–how to the job. You'll report into the Project Manager and play a hands–on role in delivering works safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This role suits a Site Agent with strong leadership skills, relevant tickets (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid etc.), and a track record of managing civils packages. The company has a strong culture of internal progression, with many current leaders having risen through the ranks.

The ideal Site Agent will be rewarded with a salary of GBP50,000–GBP60,000 depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development, regular social events, and clear pathways for promotion.

Key Requirements for the Site Agent:
