I'm recruiting for a leading UK construction consultancy with a strong presence across both the building and infrastructure sectors. They're looking to appoint a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who wants to work across a diverse portfolio of high–profile projects in both the public and private sectors.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you ll work on a mix of new–build, refurbishment and infrastructure schemes from early–stage cost planning and procurement through to contract administration and final account settlement. You ll join a well–established team that supports career development, professional chartership, and long–term progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver full cost management duties across the project lifecyclePrepare detailed cost plans, estimates, tender documents, and contractsManage procurement processes and contractor negotiationsOversee valuations, variations, and change controlProvide commercial advice to clients across building and infrastructure projectsSupport junior staff and contribute to team development Requirements:

3 6 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy or client–side environmentStrong technical understanding of both pre– and post–contract workExperience working on building and/or infrastructure schemesExcellent communication, reporting, and client engagement skillsRICS–accredited degree; MRICS or working towards chartership is desirable Why Apply?
