Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to align with industry standards.Proficient in all things AS9100Hands on approach and very involved in all the systemsOversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and certifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues effectively.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.Monitor and report on key quality metrics to senior management.Provide training and guidance to staff on quality systems and processes.Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of quality-related activities.Work closely with suppliers to maintain quality standards across the supply chain.Profile

A successful Quality Systems Manager should have:
