Quality Engineer - Bedfordshire - Up to GBP45,000 + package

The Role

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you ll help shape and develop a growing Quality function. As the first Quality Engineer in the team, you ll have real influence over how the role evolves.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering internal audits and supporting the wider audit schedule Working within ISO9001 frameworks, with opportunities to broaden into more advanced standards Reviewing internal processes and recommending improvements Updating and managing controlled documents Supporting supplier approval processes Helping develop new quality frameworks and systems Maintaining documentation and records through digital platforms

What You ll Need

Experience within a manufacturing or technical environment Internal auditing experience Strong working knowledge of ISO9001 Able to communicate effectively across different teams A continuous-improvement mindset Engineering degree beneficial but not essential
