Quality Engineer.

We are proud to be partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer in Cheltenham who are looking to add an experienced Quality Engineer to their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business recognised for delivering high–precision components to some of the biggest names in the aerospace industry.

The successful Quality Engineer will have a strong background in Aerospace or CNC precision engineering, with proven experience in internal and supplier auditing. A solid understanding of NADCAP requirements, MRB processes, RCCA, and the preparation of FAIR documentation will be essential.

Salary: Up too 45,000 p.a.

Excellent benefits including early finish Fridays.

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct and manage internal and supplier audits to AS9100 standards.Support and maintain NADCAP compliance across production processes.Oversee MRB activities and lead root cause & corrective action investigations (RCCA).Compile and review FAIR documentation to ensure customer and regulatory compliance.Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to drive quality improvements.Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience as a Quality Engineer in aerospace manufacturing or CNC precision engineering.Hands–on auditing experience, both internal and supplier.Knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, MRB, RCCA, and FAIR processes.Excellent communication, organisational, and problem–solving skills.Why Apply?
