Alecto Recruitment is currently working with our client who is a specialist in the Building Management Systems industry.
The company are a worldwide market leading specialist in developing, manufacturing and delivering Building Management Systems (BMS) for large commercial and residential properties.

What we are looking for:
Experienced in a similar project / contract management role, ideally coupled with strong technical knowledge of Building management systems (BMS)Demonstrate experience in commercial, design, financial and project aspects of multi-disciplinary contractsBe a great leader, communicator with strong interpersonal skillsIdeally have gained experienced in M&E, Mechanical, HVAC Sectors as a Project managerKnowledge and experience of delivering BMS projects
The Role:
The role will be responsible for planning the effective management of building management system projectsProduce and manage all contractual aspects of the projectsEstablish and track financial targetsDeliver work packages
